Even this one star is far too much for this "pizzeria". For one thing, the woman who works there is very unfriendly. If you point her out to criticism, she becomes snotty and just hangs up! On the other hand, this pizzeria offers a delivery service from 11:30 a.m. to 9:50 p.m. via apps like Lieferando and Co. You pay with PayPal or online banking and only afterwards are told very unfriendly on the phone that you have to wait until 5:00 p.m. or you pick it up yourself (for people without a car who therefore choose a delivery service, very, very unfavorable and outrageous !!) To the orders: If you order different schnitzel there you have to reckon that you have gorgonzola sauce on your cream schnitzel and half of the order has expired Ordered and, above all, drinks that have already been paid for are forgotten in 8 out of 10 cases! The next call to the said woman is only very unfriendly said "We don't know what the driver is doing" Order times are given in apps such as Lieferando as around 45 minutes. As a gesture of goodwill, one reckons with about 1 hour but when eating at a distance of approx. 10 km after 2 hours 30 minutes arrived the order was again not complete and not even a word of apology or something like that. With all my love and that mistakes can happen and you have been given several chances, this is sensible advice: Please order somewhere else, it will definitely come faster and it is complete and not like there Legal steps against this restaurant are reserved!

Make the thing best to! Making (delivering) promises but not keeping is simply the last thing !!!! 😒😠😡

I come here every few weeks and usually eat a donar or donar plate. I can only say that it just tastes good. Always freshly prepared and very juicy. Everything is very clean, important! And the staff friendly.

Ordered via Lieferando. Pizza delivered wrong and way too late. After you called and complained, you didn't get any accommodation. Wait another 1 hour for the pizza. Next time you should get a discount. As if we were ordering from this juice store again.

Not worth stopping there. Prices like in Frankfurt. It only tastes of flour and yeast, unfriendly service and uncomfortably furnished. Order process catastrophic (something completely different is taken as an order and everything has to be checked / corrected immediately). Complaints are subsequently rejected.

The food is very tasty but the orders are 80% wrong. Even if it is repeated on the phone, wrong orders arrive. In addition, the fact that many little things (yogurt and garlic sauce) are simply missing and are still calculated.

Worst experience I have ever had. We got the wrong pizza and the wrong casserole, noticed it at home and called. We were then informed that the food had been mixed up and a lady had already brought it back. Well then we should keep it and get our ordered one. A few minutes later the supplier was there with the right pizza but no casserole. The pizza was certainly not made fresh in the short time and especially in the current Corona period an absurdity to bring the food brought back even further. And on the phone it was said that it was fresh and that we had a pizza for free, so only one has or no one has to eat, because you shouldn't eat it anymore. Never again.

Ungelogen the best pizza in the whole area. Personally, I am unfortunately rarely in the area but if then will definitely order here! The taste is absolutely recommended! The delivery is always fast and the staff are all very friendly! That's exactly how you wish it! Keep it up.
